Hello, duval!

I am so happy you are here and giving yourself some time for self-care, today.
The exercises listed and demonstrated, below, are prescribed specifically for your goals and needs. As usual, please feel free to contact me with any questions or assistance.
Love, and good health,
Christine
Goal
As discussed, your goal is to reduce chronic pain, stiffness, and discomfort in your thoracic (upper back) and lumber (lower back) regions of your spine and surrounding tissue.
We will work toward restoring the tensional energy throughout your body, in order to improve the way your body feels and functions.
In addition to feeling more youthful, overall, another goal is to be able to return to a group exercise setting, with comfort and mindfulness.
Welcome
In effort to make your self-care an everlasting habit, plan for a few of the exercises each day. The first few sessions after of trying newly introduced exercises may require extra time. Otherwise, what is being prescribed is up to ten minutes per day.
For your convenience, there is a form, below, for you to contact me, via email, with any feedback, questions, or concerns.
DIRECTIONS
I have introduced you to a few moves and treatments. You don’t have to do everything daily. To save you time, choose from any single or combinations of the following.
Options for daily exercise, singly or combination of: hand treatment, foot treatment, rebalance sequence
Options for sequences, pick one to do every other day:
- Neck release ~ express hand treatment, forearm treatment, modified base of skull shear, and manual neck release.
- On a conference call ~ express hand treatment, forearm treatment
- Before a walk ~ athletic foot treatment, shin treatment with the ball
- Lower back release ~ athletic foot treatment, back of thigh shear, SI joint shear, modified tuck & tilt challenge

EXPRESS HAND TREATMENT
Begin with a grip assessment and end with a grip reassessment to see what changes you are able to make. You can also do a neck turn assessment, as well.
- Can be done daily
- Great to reduce symptoms of various syndromes of hands, wrists, arms, shoulders or neck

Forearm treatment – Glide, shear and rinse
Best when coupled with a hand treatment. You can do your assessments before and after the two treatments are completed, to save time.
- Use the ball to pin your flesh and distort the skin to elicit fluid fill
- Draws fluid up the arm line after a hand treatment
